Clinical Leader

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, customer friendly individual seeking full time employment as a Clinical Leader. This busy orthopedic practice is looking for the right candidate to join our family.

Working closely with orthopedic physicians and the support staff to coordinate a smooth patient flow through the clinic:

  • Direct supervision of a team of medical assistants including an orthopedic technician
  • Prepare injection materials for the physician or nurse practitioner
  • Provide patients with educational resources to further their understanding of medical conditions
  • Anticipate the needs of the medical providers and patients while facilitating a smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience
  • Fitting patients with braces and explaining their proper usage
